Rebecca Jacklin, LCSW, CNC

Psychotherapist

Our Mission

To comfort and aid children, adolescents, adults and families in the healing process.

3 things to know about me...

1. I care deeply about the success of families and the downtrodden. I want everyone to know they have infinite worth.

2. I had a life epiphany while in my senior year at BYU. With full-time classes, internship (500 hrs), a part time job, a weekend job, and other responsibilities, I was overwhelmed and starting to feel resentful when social situations came up. I didn't have time! I realized my life was out of balance and change needed to happen to regain that balance. Now, balance is a big part of my approach, considering the whole health of my clients.

Are you needing more balance?

3. Another thing to know about me is that I had major health issues in 2012 through 2013. From that, I dove deeper into learning about healthy living. I also learned that there is evidence that links behavior and nutrition. In order to help others, I worked to become a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC). I believe that you don't have to just live with a chronic condition, you can learn to THRIVE!
